Here is the sign at the East Entrance.

There is another sign on the West Entrance

Upon entering, on the left side across from the checkout desk is the stairway and elevators

I didn't take a photo of just entering, too many folks at the time.

Making a right, as you go down, another sign greets you half way down.

Past this doorway is a storage area that is half of the shelter area.

Capacity is missing. Sign appears to have been tampered with

Now turning right, I ventured further down the stairs.

At the Bottom making a left, another sign greets you

He is the other sign. This sign also has been tampered with.

Capacity for this area appears to be X00X, So I would guess 1000

Here is the bottom level. It is unclear is this it the original configuration of the area.

There are many rooms and a auditorium at this level which would easily fit at least 1000 people.
